Even though Chris Hardwick is going to be hosting a year-round affair, his Talking Dead episodes are limited to The Walking Dead‘s schedule. So, as this season of everybody’s favorite zombie drama ends, so does Talking Dead.

The show will return in the summer when Fear The Walking Dead airs, but this Sunday’s episode is the last chance fans will have to see stars of the original show.
Since the episode coming this week will undoubtedly be the biggest of the season, it makes sense that Talking Dead will be the biggest of its season as well. This definitely won’t be an episode to miss.
Just don’t forget, Talking Dead won’t air until 11:25 pm ET. Into The Badlands will follow The Walking Dead finale.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan
Being a major episode and all, it really isn’t a surprise that Jeffrey Dean Morgan is slated to appear on the after show.
Negan is at the center of the conflict, and has been for the entire season. The only problem was that the other characters hadn’t really caught up to him.
Now that everyone is preparing for war, Negan is front and center once again. It’s honestly a perfect time for JDM to hop on Talking Dead.
Norman Reedus
Do you think there is now a contractual obligation to book Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Norman Reedus at of the same events? Their bromance is stronger than ever, and the New Best Friends are going to cut it up on Talking Dead this week.
Daryl is one of the biggest stars on the show, so it makes sense for Reedus to appear on any given episode Talking Dead. The fans love to hear what he has to say, whether he’s joined by JDM or not.
Scott Gimple
Last, but certainly not least, Scott M. Gimple will be joining Chris Hardwick for Talking Dead.
Gimple is in charge of the whole series, so he will have the most insight regarding the events of the episode, how the characters got to those places, and why many of the decisions were made.
Following a big episode like the finale, there’s really no one better than Gimple to have on the show.
