The Walking Dead‘s season 7 trailer had to tread very carefully as not to spoil the big mystery left for fans with the season six finale. While the first look at upcoming episodes did a very good and blatant job of not revealing who died (it literally avoided showing any of the eleven potential victims in any new scenes), it may have let one (or a couple) of characters who survived the batdown slip through the cracks.

Potential spoilers for The Walking Dead‘s seventh season follow, though it’s largely speculation based on the season 7 trailer.
In the first image we can find which may give us a clue to who did not die to round out Negan’s introduction, it looks like Maggie makes its safely back to Alexandria. Now, this could be way off, but basing the claim on the eyebrows and hairstyle of this person behind Negan, we’ve made our first assumption.

That could very well be one of Negan’s Saviors with a shaggy hairstyle. It may even be a bit longer than Maggie’s hair following her haircut late in season 6 but it was the first thought that came to mind while watching The Walking Dead’s season 7 trailer for the first time.
Earlier in the trailer, Negan brings his bat down on his poor victim. In front of Negan is his lineup. On the right of the frame, we see a female character with long hair, leaving us either Michonne or Rosita. Rosita’s outfit from the season 6 finale is the only one dark enough to match this person’s outfit. To the left of the frame is the silhouette of a person and based on the line-up, the only candidate in that direction of Rosita is Glenn.

If that is, in fact, Rosita, I would go so far as to claim that Glenn looks to be digitally inserted for the trailer as to mislead viewers. Bold claim, sure, but The Walking Dead loves to be misleading with its trailers. Of course, he may actually be there. The other possibility based on the long hair on the character on the right is Michonne, leaving Daryl by her side, who better fits the silhouette.
