Well, fans and skeptics alike will get a new chance to jump on or off the show, because Fear the Walking Dead is getting new creative leadership after Season 3.
EW reports that showrunner Dave Erickson has signed a new development deal with AMC – one which will pull him off of his Fear showrunning duties after season 3. Erickson has issued a statement, stating the following:
“I have truly enjoyed working with the writers and directors, cast and crew on Fear and am so proud of what we have accomplished over our first two seasons,” said Erickson in a statement. “I look forward to completing work on season three, sharing it with the fans and developing new projects with my partners at AMC.”
