Fear The Walking Dead Pool: Who Dies In Los Muertos

Fear the Walking Dead hasn't quite earned the reputation its older sibling did in its earliest seasons, which is not being afraid to kill off its main characters at a shocking rate. However, Fear seems to have just that so far. A trio of arguably core characters have bowed out but its main family members have never appeared to be in any real danger through 14 episodes.

As the second half of the show's second season pressed on, the group appears to be facing odds it hasn't just yet. Most of the group actually finds themselves with no sanctuary or resources following the burning of the Abigail Estate. Not only did Chris and Travis isolate themselves for everyone else's safety but Ofelia, Madison, Strand and Alicia are on the road with no destination. Surprisingly, the character who seems to have found the best chance at safety is Nick with the newly introduced Luciana.

Heading into Sunday's Los Muertos episode, no one seems to be in particular danger but in the world of The Walking Dead, you never know when threats will suddenly appear and take a character from us.

Let's see, of the core characters plus Luciana who is in the most danger...

Nick- Safe. Following a largely developmental episode, Nick finds himself in a thriving Tijuana community. He'll become a part of the new group and likely launch a search for his family's joining, as well.

Madison- Danger. Madison tends to get ahead of herself and then question the choices she makes. As her group of four heads to a hotel for sanctuary, her reckless state after parting ways with Nick and Travis leaves her vulnerable to otherwise preventable threats.

Alicia- Danger. Always in danger. Alicia makes some of the worst choices of all the Fear the Walking Dead characters.

Strand- Safe. Strand is flat out a survivor. When his words don't cut it anymore, he will find another way.

Ofelia- Safe. An evolution is imminent for Ofelia. Following the loss of both of her parents, Ofelia will either grow as a survivor or fall into a state of sorrow, losing her will to live. Either way, it probably wont happen in Los Muertos.

Luciana- Safe. This new character's biggest debt to the audience is showing us around through Nick's eyes. That said, core characters meeting new characters usually shakes up the way of life for the newcomers. The trend could spell trouble soon.

Travis- Safe, only because he is sidelined for the episode.

Chris- Safe, only because he is also sitting Los Muertos out.
