Rare Gameplay Footage From Unreleased 100 Bullets Video Game

The folks at PtoPOnline have gotten their hands on never-before-seen gameplay footage from the cancelled 100 Bullets video game.

Back in 2004, Acclaim was developing a 100 Bullets video game based on DC Comics' (Vertigo imprint) Eisner Award and Harvey Award winning comic book series of the same name written by Brian Azzarello and illustrated by Eduardo Risso. Before the game could be finished, Acclaim shut it down as the company experienced major financial difficulties.

Watch PtoPOnline's in-depth breakdown of the game in the video below. If you want to skip to the new gameplay footage, start the video at the 7-minute mark.

Even though fans of the series didn't get a video game they can look forward to a feature film. Back in August, it was announced that New Line is developing a 100 Bullets film that already has a script completed by Chris Borrelli (The Vatican Tapes) and it may star Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight Rises).

Shame, love the comic, a game would have been cool as for the movie, I wont hold my breath that it will ever get made, but fingers crossed.
