So, you happened to miss Constantine's run on NBC last year? No worries! The CW has just uploaded the show's entire first (and only!) season to stream on CW Seed.

Did I mention that the service is free?

Based on DC Comics' Hellblazer, Constantine followed a demon hunter and occult hero as he battled against numerous supernatural threats which were perpetually on the verge of ending the world. Similar to the CW's Supernatural, the show appealed to fans of thrilling paranormal action as the titular character John Constantine used his skills to exorcise demons and also redeem his previously damned soul.

Constantine was developed by Daniel Cerone and David S. Goyer and strived to remain faithful to its original source material. The show, while loved by many fans, ultimately did not rate as well as NBC had hoped. Given the network's expectations, NBC revealed last May that it would not be renewing Constantine for a second season. Warner Bros. attempted to shop the series around to other networks, and many had hope that the CW would snag the show. However, Constantine's cast and crew were released from their contracts once negotiations to revive the series failed.

Constantine, however, did cameo in Arrow's fourth season to the excitement of many fans. The supernatural detective stopped by Star City after Sara Lance was revived after taking a dip in the Lazarus Pit. Clearly, resurrection bids demons, and Constantine is somewhat of an expert on that subject. However, the CW has since announced no new plans to perhaps revive Constantine in a series or further extend his guest appearances in its current television line-up.

However, with the CW now streaming Constantine online, it's not too much to hope that the network might find a place for the hell-bound detective in its shows in the near future.
