MODOK (also written as M.O.D.O.K.; acronym for Mental/Mobile/Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Killing) is a supervillain in Marvel who often battles Captain America. He used to be a normal technician George Tarleton, but Advanced Idea Mechanics (AIM) selected him to run a bunch of experiments on. The experiments ended up mutating him into a large head with tiny limbs – uses a mechanical suit to float around. It also gave him super-intelligence and mental powers. He was so strong that he turned on AIM and enslaved them.

Christopher Markus, who co-wrote Joe Johnston’s Captain America: The First Avenger, said he would like to add MODOK to the Marvel cinematic universe, and he thought Game Of Thrones star Peter Dinklage would be perfect for it. Maybe MODOK could end up in Captain America: Civil War?

Captain America: Civil War arrives in theaters May 6, 2016.
