Original Ghostbuster Dan Aykroyd (Driving Miss Daisy) confirmed today that he is indeed making a cameo in Paul Feig's Ghostbusters reboot.
Aykroyd posted a confirmation on his official facebook page, then deleted it. But the internet's not written in pencil, Dan, it's written in ink. Here's what he wrote:
"On GB set shooting my scene with funny beautiful Kristen Wiig Lady GB'S are adorable, hilarious and badass Exhilarating! #ghostbusters" - Dan Aykroyd

Their source has informed them that Aykroyd is playing a cab driver in a scene with Kristen Wiig, who is hailing his taxi. He shouts to her, "I ain't afraid of no ghosts." He then drives off without her and she yells to him, "That's a double negative! That means you are afraid of ghosts!"
Paul Feig's Ghostbusters is due in theaters July 22, 2016.
