Keiynan Lonsdale Talks If Wally West Will Become Kid Flash

In the past, The Flash actor Keiynan Lonsdale has said that his ideal vision for Wally West's future is not to replace Barry Allen as The Flash, but to fight alongside Barry.

So...what are the odds of him suiting up this season?

"I'm sure that's where we'll go with it, we have to," Lonsdale told Just Jared Jr. "If it doesn't happen soon, I will casually make my own suit and casually wear it on set to make everyone speed up the process."

We're not sure whether he did it or not, but given the catalog of The Flash titles during the Wally West era -- with titles like Born to Run, Race Against Time, Terminal Velocity and Dead Heat, that "speed up the process" thing seems apt for the character.

The Flash returns with new episodes on January 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
