When it comes to Arrow, there are countless villains who’ve created chaos in Starling City. From The Huntress to Ra’s al Ghul and Deathstroke, these DC baddies have proved to be challenging foes for Oliver Queen and Team Arrow. With Season Five of Arrow slated to premiere this fall, fans are more curious than ever as to which villains will be featured on the show. Of course, the cast is keeping quiet about the reveal, but they are at least speaking about which Arrow villains are they’re favorites so far.

Actors Stephen Amell and David Ramsey recently appeared at Salt Lake City Comic Con for a Q&A panel where they were asked about their favorite villains. David, who played John Diggle, answered first, saying, “For me, I think it’s someplace between China White and Deadshot.” Stephen then answered and confessed that Deathstroke is his favorite, hands down. “It’s just Deathstroke. It is what it is,” he explained.

The actors chose some of Arrow‘s biggest antagonists. Chien Na Wei, who goes by China White, is feared leader of the Triad and a skilled mercenary. The character appeared in Season One and Three of Arrow, and so far as fans know, China White has since been incarcerated along with Bronze Tiger.

As for Deadshot and Deathstroke, the two villains are staple characters in the DC Universe. Floyd Lawton (Deadshot) was killed off on Arrow, but his legacy describes him as the most deadly mercenary of all-time. And, when it comes to Slade Wilson (Deathstroke), the villain still stands as one of Oliver Queen’s primary nemesis. While the character began his career as a Teen Titans villain in the comics, the brute mercenary has since become one of DC Comics’ most feared characters in history.

Fans, of course, are hoping they’ll get to see Deathstroke reappear on Arrow. The villain is currently locked away in an A.R.G.U.S. maximum security center, but it seems like the baddie could return if Stephen Amell has something to say. DC Entertainment may opt to bring the hero back sooner rather than later, especially considering Ben Affleck’s recent tease about Deathstroke’s appearing in his upcoming Bataman project.

However, it’s unlikely the character will show up in Season Five. After all, Stephen has promised Arrow will return to its roots next season. “I think that ultimately, we are always going to be at our best when we do what we do best, which is, we’re the superpowerless superhero show,” he told ComicBook.com. Sources are also speculating Season Five will feature a home-grown villain who Oliver Queen helped create. The series’ executive producer Wendy Mericle said it’s “somebody Oliver unwittingly created in Season 1 when he was a killer in a hood. This guy is going to be collateral damage who lost someone to the Hood and [has] spent the last several years training and plotting for revenge. He will be a true dark mirror to Oliver Queen.”

Arrow will return to the CW on October 5 2016 P.M. ET for Season Five.
