Whenever Marvel Studios releases a new film, you can bet there will be plenty of Easter Eggs hiding inside. The company is famous for adding inside jokes and comic book teasers to its movies, and fans delight in searching for them. But, when it comes to one Easter Egg in Doctor Strange, you would definitely need to have your third eye open to spot it.

Seriously, it’s a blink-and-miss moment.
If you stuck around the for the second end-credit clip, then you saw the Easter Egg. The teaser was not nestled in the actual clip itself but right before during the actual credits. After a lengthy list of names scrolled by, fans spotted a line that warned fans against distracted driving.
So, in true Doctor Strange fashion, the incident came before the warning. If you saw the movie, then you will know that Dr. Stephen Strange was involved in a horrific car accident that cost him the use of his hands. The collision was caused because Strange was distracted while driving. Rather than paying attention to the road, the man was looking at MRI scans and speeding excessively – and those two factors nearly killed him.
Of course, fans will understand why the distracted driving warning in the credits stands as a clever Easter Egg. Throughout Doctor Strange, there is an on-going gag that points out the stupidity of warnings coming after instructions. It comes up time and again with Doctor Strange, Karl Mordo, and even Wong.
However, it appears that the Easter Egg was not an intentional one. The Huffington Post asked about writer Jon Spaihts about the tie-in, but he asserted that it was little more than a “happy accident.’
The surprising PSA isn’t the only Easter Egg that has fans scratching their heads. According to Entertainment Weekly, there appears to be a very subtle connection between Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel in the movie.
The Easter Egg in question is also connected to Doctor Strange’s car accident. In fact, the medical report he was reviewing when he crashed his sports car is allegedly connected to Carol Danvers. The file is about a woman who had an implant in her brain to control her schizophrenia. She was suddenly struck by lightning, and Strange was asked to look at her case.
When director Scott Derrickson was asked whether the file was somehow connected to Captain Marvel, EW said the man smiled before saying, “Remember that Brittany Murphy movie where she goes ‘I’ll never tellโฆ’” His wishy-washy response has fans thinking that the scene is connected to the superhero in some way.
