Fast 8 Trailer Teased In New Featurette

A new featurette featuring the cast of Fast 8 has been released, teasing the date fans will finally get to see the film’s first trail.

In the Fast 8 “The Saga Continues” featurette, stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges share their feelings about what the Fast & Furious franchise means to them with their fans.

The featurette also offers a behind-the-scenes look a the filming of Fast 8, including shots of Charlize Theron as the new villain.

Finally, the featurette ends by reminding fans that the first Fast 8 trailer will debut on Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016, as part of a live event on Facebook.

Fast 8 is the eight installment of the Fast & Furious franchise. It will be only the second, after Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift, not to feature Paul Walker, who died tragically in a car accident while Fast & Furious 7 was in production.

Fast 8 is directed by F. Gary Gray and written by Chris Morgan. The film stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwayne Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Lucas Black, Scott Eastwood, Kurt Russell, Jason Statham and Charlize Theron.

Fast 8 opens in theaters April 14, 2017.
