Iron Fist is still a hot-pick on Netflix right now (despite heavy criticism), and Marvel’s Netflix team up event The Defenders has already finished production in anticipation of its premiere later this year. However, things aren’t slowing down in the Netflix MCU: The Punisher has been in production for awhile now, and Jessica Jones season 2 is about to go in front of cameras, as well!

MCU Exchange reports that Jessica Jones is beginning production on season 2 in New York City today (at the time of writing this); production is said to be setting up at West 101st street and Broadway, which was used for exterior shots of Jessica’s home and Alias Investigations in season 1.
We don’t know exactly where we’ll find Jessica in the beginning of season 2 – especially after she’s made a few friends on the Defenders squad. After season 1, there’s still the threat of IGH and its crazy enhanced soldiers like Will Simpson; after surviving the IGH drugs, there’s also the question of whether Trish Walker will aid Jessica as the hero Hellcat. However, the biggest thing of all for season 2 would have to be another gripping mystery/investigation, and another great villain like David Tenant’s Kilgrave.
