If Marvel likes Beyoncé, then they should put a ring on it.
The Daily Star is reporting that Marvel Studios wants singer and part-time actress Beyoncé Knowles to join the Avengers.
"We would love to have Beyoncé on board, almost certainly as a newcomer to the screen from Marvel's existing catalogue of comic book characters," an unnamed senior executive at Disney told The Daily Star.
She earned a Golden Globe nomination for 2006's Dreamgirls, but she's also known for playing Foxxy Cleopatra in 2002's Austin Powers in Goldmember, Xania in 2006's The Pink Panther, and Etta James in 2008's Cadillac Records.
If true, which Marvel character would you like to see Beyoncé portray?
Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1 is slated for release in IMAX theatres on May 4, 2018; Part 2 will open on May 3, 2019.
