Original The Flash Series Is Now Streaming On CW Seed

Next week, we'll be back with two solid days of The Flash throwback recaps -- and The CW has made it easier than ever for us to do that.
Why? Because now, they've got the 1990 version of The Flash streaming for free on their web component, CW Seed.
The series ran for just one season starting in 1990 but has gone on to be much-loved by fans. Its star, John Wesley Shipp, appears as Henry Allen (the father of The Flash) in the new series airing on The CW. New episodes of The Flash will arrive in October.
CW Seed is going all-in on DC superheroes this month; later in August, they'll debut the first episodes of Vixen, a new, animated series set in the world of Arrow and The Flash.
