The episode preview for Dragon Ball Super’s 101st episode is out, and it sees Goku get jilted by Jiren. When fans last saw Goku, the hero was heading off to challenge Jiren, but the Pride Trooper still doesn’t see the Saiyan as a threat. The fighter gets his Universe 11 lackeys to fight Goku in his place, and the preview shows Goku and his comrades battling the Pride Troopers.

“Are you the guys from Jiren’s universe? You all came to finish me off,” Goku’s voiceover can be heard saying.

“You’ve got some well-synced coordinated attacks there. It seems you wanna try to act cool with all those poses, though. Let me see how good you are!”

The preview, which can be watched below, focuses on Goku’s fights as well as those fought by Androids 17 and 18. The trailer also shows a dramatic scene with Kale and Caulifla. The former can be seen crying as Caulifla stands in front of her, seemingly shielding the shy girl from an oncoming attack. The two Universe 6 Saiyans might get in a spot of troubling during the Tournament of Power, and there is no telling who will get the girls out of the mess.

You can read the synopsis of “The Impending Warriors Of Justice! The Pride Troopers!!” below:

“The mighty warriors of Universe 11 attack with teamwork! Goku challenges Jiren of Universe 11, but Jiren sends five of his Pride Troopers comrades (including Kahseral) after Goku and co. To defeat them, Goku teams up with the likes of Kale and Caulifla!”

The synopsis of Dragon Ball Super‘s current saga can be read here: “According to an invitation that Goku gets, Zen-Oh (Omni King) is starting a martial arts tournament between all the universes called “Chikara no Taikai” (Tournament of Power). But it is the beginning of universal destruction. Something awaits the winners and losers of this tournament. What will become of this fierce team battle between each universe’s elite warriors?

Dragon Ball Super‘s “Universal Survival” saga is part of the recent simulcast agreement that sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation have scored. Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
