Last week, Comicbook.com reported on Marvel Comics' announcement that Incredible Hulk #600 would be going to a second printing. Well, no surprise here, but this week brings news that Marvel Comics will also be doing a second printing on Amazing Spider-Man #600. Amazing Spider-Man #600 has sold out at Diamond distribution, and Marvel Comics will be doing an Amazing Spider-Man #600 Second Printing Variant. Amazing Spider-Man #600 is an oversized issue featuring work by Dan Slott, Stan "The Man" Lee, Joe Kelly, Marc Guggenheim, Mark Waid, Bob Gale, Zeb Wells, John Romita Jr., Marcos Martin, Mario Alberti and more. The storyline deals with Doctor Octopus returning to New York, with an all-new look. Doctor Octopus of course plans to get his revenge on Spider-Man, who is getting ready for Aunt May's wedding. There is also a visit from Daredevil. The Amazing Spider-Man #600 Second Printing Variant will have a new second printing cover featuring interior art by Romita Jr. The reprint is scheduled to hit comic book stores on Wednesday, September 9, 2009.
