Mad Max: Fury Road Getting Reshoots to Expand Film

, the next installment of the decades-old sci-fi franchise which sees The Dark Knight Rises star Tom Hardy take over the reins from Mel Gibson, will head back for three weeks of reshoots, Inside Film reports. The film will add new scenes and are even casting new charactes, with shooting expected to begin on November 22. They're casting for an Aboriginal elder, a girl, youth and husband and wife. None of them are expected to be key to the story, obviously. Mad Max: Fury Road will be in theaters (probably) sometime in 2014. There is no official release date yet.
