The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad Get Full-Series Marathons on AMC

For what's likely the last time before all of Breaking Bad becomes available on Netflix, AMC announced today that they will run a four-day marathon of the entire series--followed by a two-day marathon of all of The Walking Dead so far. A four-day Breaking Bad marathon, which kicks off at noon ET/PT each day from Friday, December 27 through Monday, December 30, will feature every episode from the series' critically acclaimed five seasons; starting on December 31, it's The Walking Dead's time to shine. The best-rated series in AMC's history, Breaking Bad and The Walking Dead are also both multiple-Emmy-winners and have spinoffs in the works. Better Call Saul, an hour-long courtroom dramedy that revolves around Breaking Bad's smarmy lawyer Saul Goodman (played by Saturday Night Live veteran Bob Odenkirk) is expected to debut in the fall with an as-yet-untitled Walking Dead companion series launching in 2015.
