Anthony Mackie, who plays The Falcon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the upcoming Civil War, went on Late Night with Seth Meyers to clarify some things that came out of a previous interview.

In that interview he mentioned Mark Ruffalo’s name, and it was taken to mean that the Hulk would indeed be showing up in Civil War. Here is what he said on the subject.

I was giving respect to my fellow actors. I said Marvel movies are so great because they have great actors. Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr.(Applause) love that guy. People take that to mean that this is what the movie is about, and this is in the movie.

Oh, and Anthony Mackie may or may not be in the movie. At least so he says.

Mackie also reveals a few details about his character. Evidently he had a hamster named Jedidiah, that met an untimely end. It won’t be in the movie, but I love that he named a hamster Jedidiah, and the fact that at one point Falcon had a hamster. The interview (above) is worth watching, as Anthony Mackie is always a entertaining.
