At yesterday’s D23 Marvel presentation, they showed some footage of the upcoming Captain America: Civil War, which you can read about here. Afterwards, stars Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie took to doing a press junket on the runway, and MTV posted their footage of with the starts giving some information about Civil War, and the relationships between Captain America, Falcon, and Bucky Barnes.

“The relationship between the three characters is more of a bond of kindred friendship. My respect for Cap helps me helps him find Bucky because I know how much that means to him,” Mackie explains. “So it’s more so of an understanding and a respect than it is three guys chumming around having a good time.”
Evans than added where Steve is mentally for this situation. “You have to understand where Cap is coming from in the last movie. Falcon’s the one guy that, having known the least in terms of history, he actually trusts the most. So coming into this movie there’s a really nice kinship between these characters. So, they do a good job on picking up where they left off from the last movie.”
