A new photo from the set of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice has provided us with our first look at Henry Cavill’s Clark Kent-look from the film.
This will be Cavill’s second time playing the Smallville farm boy who is secretly Superman. Cavill played the character in Man of Steel, but Clark didn’t accept his calling as a Daily Planet reporter until the end of that film. This picture gives us our first real look at Cavill as Clark Kent the reporter, a role we hope will be explored further in Batman v. Superman.

The photo come from the Twitter account of the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund, a charity that helps support retired members of the British Royal Marine Corps and their families. Cavill is British and a supporter of the charity, and can be seen holding one of their t-shirts in the photo.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice opens in theaters May 6, 2016.
