In Japan, a young artist has taken to creating huge, straw animals with hay left over after the harvest — including these impressively detailed dinosaurs sure to scare the — ahem — stuffing out of any scarecrow.

Amy Goda, an aspiring artist currently studying art in Niigata Prefecture, has created these impressive creatures in the countryside of Niigata — something that guarantees most of our readers won’t get a chance to see it.
