In honor of Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice‘s big screen release next month, DC Comics is releasing several variant covers which will cover several popular titles next month.
One of those titles is Batman #50. Originally announced to be illustrated by Jim Lee, we later found out the cover would be drawn by none other than American Idol veteran and seasoned geek culture addict Chris Daughtry.

Daughtry, who is also currently working on a new album, revealed the cover on Instagram yesterday and DC Comics has since revealed a pair of additional variants to Daughtry’s cover.
This isn’t new at all to Daughtry. The musician has teamed up with respected artists in the past and loves to share his work, including a recent rendition of The Joker.
Batman #50 hits shelves March 23 and Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice soars into theaters March 25.
