The Retro-Bit console is purported to launch with 100+ classic games like Ghosts’N’Goblins, Captain Commando, Super R-Type, Ring King and Super Bases Loaded. To keep the party going, it also comes with two USB-connected controllers with either composite or HDMI cables to hook up to your television. It also features an SD card slot for transferring game save files.
Much like the NES and Mega Drive, the Retro-Bit’s games are loaded directly onto the console itself, so there’s no worries about managing content on your own if you’re not comfortable with doing those kinds of things.
The console is releasing this fall for $59.99. For a couple hundred dollars you’ll be able to relive your childhood across several new devices. It’s never been easier to take a nostalgia trip.
