Writer Dan Jurgens joined us for a few quick comments on the issue. You can check out the preview pages and solicitation text below.
That’s a very simple solicitation. A wink and a nod to the old “This issue — SOMEONE DIES?” Or just all you wanted to give away?
Brevity, man! Brevity! Sometimes, short, sweet and straight to the point works best. This was such a case.
What do you need to know to get on board with this issue?
While it always helps to have some prior familiarity with the characters, I think we do a pretty good job of bringing readers up to speed. We certainly do that this issue by getting into Vostok’s past right away.
With just one issue left after this month, why jump on now?
We’re telling a good story that really is character based. It’s an intriguing group of characters that are quite diverse, unlike anything else that’s out there. They have a validity that I really appreciate.
Plus– it’s good fun!
