In shock after shock, the last segment before the Wrestlemania main event just kept pushing the crowd to new decibel levels in Dallas. The Rock’s promo, announcing the largest attendance ever for a WWE event, had the stadium screaming. Then the Wyatt Family came out to challenge him, and he announced he’d fight.

After the fastest win in WWE Wrestlemania history, The Rock was outnumbered – until that “DA DA Dun DAAAAA” music started, and John Cena, out from surgery since January and expected out until at least June, came down to the ring for the much-needed assist. Cena delivered his signature moves, including the AA and the Five-Knuckle Shuffle, as he and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson easily cleared the ring, and sent the Wyatts packing.

Whether or not this means Cena is back for good is up for debate – the announcers were quick to say “He’s not healthy enough to be back yet,” perhaps to temper fans’ excitement. He was only back for about 3 weeks from his last 3+ month injury, and has a reality show about to launch, after all.

Still, it made for an amazing Wrestlemania moment, especially with The Rock and John Cena, longtime and storied rivals, teaming up and making WWE gold. So, does this mean John Cena could be Shazam to The Rock’s Black Adam after all?
