Lohan’s suit, filed in New York, claims that the Lacey Jonas character is an “unequivocal” reference to the Mean Girls star.

Lohan claims that both images, voices were made to resemble hers and that styles from her clothing line are depicted in the game.

The character asks for help to avoid paparazzi photographers during GTA V‘s story mode. The suit also claims that the game features West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont hotel, where Lohan used to live — although that’s arguably difficult to tie to Lohan in any meaningful way since the game takes place in a stylized, satirized version of Southern California.

Grand Theft Auto V was released in September and took just three days to clear $1 billion in sales.
