While the Man of Steel home page has been subsumed by static, distracting most viewers for the last couple of days, over at the Deep Space Radio Wave Project, more messages from space (as opposed to the ones that came from Antarctica last time around) are waiting to be decoded…and progress is moving fast. Of the four words to be decoded by dilligent fans, the words “You alone” have already been decoded. Here’s the message you get when you visit the site:

IN DECEMBER OF 2012, YOU HELPED DECODE A SERIES OF TRANSMISSIONS THAT WERE MISTAKENLY IDENTIFIED AS DEEP SPACE RADIOSIGNALS BUT WERE IN FACT TRANSMITTED FROM ELLESMERE ISLAND IN ANTARCTICA. DESPITE THEIR EARTHLY ORIGIN, THE SYMBOLS THAT WERE DISCOVERED CANNOT BE TRACED BACK TO ANY KNOWN LANGUAGE.TODAY WE RECEIVED A NEW TRANSMISSION BELIEVED TO BE AN EXTENSION OF THE LANGUAGE DECODED LAST YEAR. THIS TIME, WE HAVE CONFIRMED THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN TRANSMITTED FROM SPACE.

Users at the Man of Steel Facebook page claim to have sussed out the source code, saying that the HTML is indicating there will be something (likely the new trailer) going live at 8 p.m. EST on Monday; could the last two words simply be revealed once daily? Since they’re locked up and  fans can’t even attempt them right, now, that seems likely. So…if there’s something coming from Zod on the Man of Steel page, will that mean we get something separate (perhaps from Jor-El) at the DSRW site? Certainly it would be in keeping with those first two teaser trailers hitting at once.
