Terrifying Alien: Covenant Poster Released

Ridley Scott returning to the Alien franchise was enough to get the fans buzzing, but there has been plenty more over the last couple of months to get everyone even more excited.

First, it was confirmed that the film would take the franchise back to its horror roots. While Prometheus was more of a sci-fi epic, Alien: Covenant will be a much scarier affair.

A couple of trailers have debuted recently, and they’ve definitely confirmed those claims. The footage has been tense, thrilling, and is sure to cause fear in the hearts of audiences everywhere.

On top of all that, Fox just released a brand new poster for the movie – and it’s incredible. The poster shows a bunch of Xenomorphs, tangling with a bunch of the Engineers. By the looks of it, the creators of life are getting demolished by the alien race.

This teases some wild action for the upcoming movie, and hints at a little bit of a plot point. The Xenomorphs are taking over the Engineers, so the peaceful race could be long gone by the time the Covenant ship arrives.
