Sin City: A Dame to Kill For Gets Mike Hammer Star Stacy Keach

Stacy Keach, the famed actor best known for his role as Mickey Spillane’s famed private eye, Mike Hammer, will join the cast of Sin City: A Dame to Kill For as mob boss and iredeemable scumbag Wallenquist, reports Variety.Co-director Frank Miller calls the character “the one man who can’t be redeemed in Sin City. He is pure evil.”Keach isn’t unfamiliar with playing against serious talent; he’s starred in films like American History X and The Bourne Legacy, both of which put him onscreen opposite hot, young ensembles.The movie, which stars Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, Bruce Willis, Rosario Dawson, Josh Brolin, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Dennis Haysbert, is shooting now for an October release.
