Following a reshuffling of episodes, CBS has released a preview of tomorrow night’s Supergirl episode, titled “Livewire.”

The episode will guest-star Supergirl movie actress Helen Slater, who plays Kara’s adoptive mother Eliza Danvers, along with Brit Morgan as the titular villain Livewire.
The promo appears to feature footage from more than one episode, as it also shows off Kara fighting both Red Tornado (expected to appear in the forthcoming episode “Red Faced”) and an as-yet-unidentified alien. There’s also a line that “you don’t need powers to be a hero.” Since it’s directed at Kara by James Olsen, that line may come from a forthcoming episode rumored to be titled “Human For a Day.”
