The Flash’s New Lightning Throwing Power Revealed

We previously posted the CW’s extended trailer for next week’s episode of the The Flash, “Flash of Two Worlds,” but upon first glance we may have missed something important – one of Barry Allen’s new superpowers.

In the trailer, Jay Garrick – the Flash of Earth-2 – trains Barry in the skills he needs to take down Sand Demon, an Earth-2 villain. If you watch carefully around the 17 second mark, one of the skills is apparently throwing Speed Force lighting.

Throwing lightning definitely sounds like a box on a hero’s skill tree worth putting some points into.
