Comic-Con starts this upcoming week, and AMC is treating Walking Dead fans to a Walking Dead Season 3 preview weekend. The weekend kicked off earlier this morning with Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick on the set of The Walking Dead 3 in Atlanta, Georgia. While Hardwick offered little in the way of spoilers so far, part of the Walking Dead 3 prison set can be seen behind him.Hardwick said, “I will be your guide all weekend long as we work our way through a marathon of season one and two of The Walking Dead. So each episode includes behind the scenes interviews with cast and creators and all this leads up to a live one hour Talking Dead season 3 preview followed by the black and white world television premiere of the series very first episode.”The Walking Dead marathon started on Saturday morning with the very first episode of The Walking Dead and will continue to The Walking Dead season 2 finale on Sunday night. On Sunday, July 8 at 9 PM ET, a special episode of The Talking Dead will air, which will preview season 3 of The Walking Dead. The Talking Dead preview episode will include Executive Producers Robert Kirkman, Glen Mazzara, Gale Anne Hurd and Dave Alpert as well as comedian Drew Carey. Also, a special surprise guest will be calling in from Atlanta, Georgia. There will also be a scene shown for the upcoming third season of The Walking Dead.
