Pressure/Sensitivity will be released as a 32-page digital comic in January, with a limited print edition to follow.

Wacom specializes in making tablet and digital pens, designed for digital artwork. Their products have become very popular in the comics industry, with many artist using them to either color, ink, or cleanup a scanned traditional art page, or to create brand new art from start to finish.

“There’s something awesome about helping serve the comic creators who tell stories that span the entire sequential art spectrum. And that something, is everything,” Wacom said in a statement on the company’s community blog. “Whether they’re used for pencilling, inking, coloring, lettering or simply cleaning up traditionally illustrated scanned artwork, Wacom pens get to touch thousands of pages of comics every month. It’s an honor, especially as the creators behind these pens give their all to hit some of the most demanding deadlines in any creative field.”
