Tickets just went on sale for this year’s New York Comic Con and fans were quick to notice they’ve been waiting in the ticket-purchasing queue longer than previous years. In fact, there was enough buzz online that it started trending on Twitter.

With San Diego Comic-Con capping their attendance every year at 130,000 attendees, New York Comic Con is the highest-trafficked convention in the land, reportedly tallying over a whopping 180,000 fans last year alone. Because of the increased traffic, many studios and networks have put more focus on the convention, with it being the home of several high-profile Marvel Television panels and unveilings the past few years.
