DC and Warner Bros. are bringing an all-new Batgirl to the DCEU, but it won’t be the first Batgirl to grace theaters. That honor goes to Alicia Silverstone, and it seems she is interested in another crack at the role.

Silverstone stars as Susan in this month’s Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The long Haul, but when she talked to USA Today she also mentioned her previous role of Barbara Gordon in Batman and Robin. The film was critically panned for many reasons, but as for Silverstone’s part, she thinks she could do a much better job the second time around. “I feel like I could do a much better Batgirl now than I did then. It would be fun to tackle it again because I’m older and my acting is better. I know I would bring so much more to it. I was just a baby. It was a different thing. But I had fun back then. And I think it would be fun to do it again.”

While she would be up for another go round as Batgirl, she would want some alterations done to the costume. Not in design, but more for practicality. “That costume was so uncomfortable,” says Silverstone. “Maybe something more comfortable would be nice. Something you can sit in. Something you can get out of to pee.” Movie costumes have come a long way since then, and it seems they get more comfortable with each iteration. If she did take the role on again, it would most likely be a much friendlier experience.

Before Joss Whedon’s Batgirl hits the big screen DC and Warner Bros. will bring together its premiere superteam the Justice League. You can find the synopsis below.

In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroesโ€”Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flashโ€”it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder, from a screenplay by Chris Terrio, and features an ensemble cast that includes Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Ezra Miller (The Flash), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ray Fisher (Cyborg), Ciarรกn Hinds (Steppenwolf), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), J.K. Simmons (Commissioner Gordon), Amber Heard (Mera), Kiersey Clemons (Iris West) and Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor).

DC and Warner Bros. have a full slate ahead, with Wonder Woman on deck for a June 2, 2017, release, followed by Justice League on November 17, 2017. The Batman is expected sometime in 2018, with The Flash debuting on March 23, 2018. Aquaman is set for October 5, 2018, and Nightwing’s solo feature is due sometime in 2019.
