Tonight’s season finale of Arrow has left many of its fans in a state of shock. But to help soften the blow until the show returns from hiatus in the fall, a rather adorable video has been shared by one of the episode’s many cast members.
Videos by ComicBook.com
Katrina Law, who returned to her role as Nyssa al Ghul in tonight’s episode, shared a video taken while on set. In it, Law talks to Nick E. Tarabay (Digger Harkness/Captain Boomerang) about her love of donuts, seemingly unaware that John Barrowman (Malcolm Merlyn) is behind her. Barrowman taps Law on the shoulder, sneaks up behind her, and licks her donut. And in traditional Arrow fashion, the video is accompanied by dramatic music and camera movements.

Law and Barrowman have become known for teasing each other, both online and at comic book conventions. Of course, it’s all in good fun, despite the antagonistic onscreen relationship between their characters. And given the events of tonight’s episode, a little offscreen tomfoolery is sure to be appreciated by fans.
The battle between Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra) culminates in a final epic battle on Lian Yu. After recent events, Oliver decides to recruit a group of unlikely allies โ Slade (guest star Manu Bennett), Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law), Merlyn (John Barrowman) and Digger Harkness (guest star Nick. E. Tarabay) โ to defeat Chase. However, Chase has his own army โ Black Siren (guest star Katie Cassidy), Evelyn Sharp (guest star Madison McLaughlin) and Talia al Ghul (guest star Lexa Doig) โ and the forces collide in an explosive season finale.
Jesse Warn directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Marc Guggenheim. It will air on May 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
Based on the characters from DC, ARROW is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti (The Flash, Supergirl), Marc Guggenheim (Eli Stone, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters), Andrew Kreisberg (The Flash, Supergirl), Wendy Mericle (Desperate Housewives, Eli Stone) and Sarah Schechter (Supergirl, Blindspot).
Arrow airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW Television Network.
