Gotham City Sirens is a DC movie that has come out of left field and gained rapid momentum in the wake of Suicide Squad‘s box office success, and the general breakout stardom of newly-married Margot Robbie. The comic books feature Robbie’s Harley Quinn hanging out and teaming up with other bad girls of Gotham City like Catwoman and Poison Ivy; that leaves the movie adaptation with some pretty iconic characters to cast.

We already gave our Gotham City Sirens casting picks, and the rumor has churned out names like Megan Fox playing Poison Ivy in the film. However, today we have something a little different: an actress openly campaigning to be in the film via social media – and Mr. Robot fans will be happy to know it’s a familiar face.

That’s actress Steph Corneliussen, who plays Mr. Robot‘s Lady Macbeth, Joanna Wellick. She’s definitely has the act of an alluring femme fatale down on the hit show, and is (ironically) enough in the same vein of looks as Megan Fox. Corneliussen also has a bit of geek cred, having appeared as a witch in Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, and as an evil Soviet scientist working with Vandal Savage in a two-episode arc of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

She may not be the first name thought of when fans are casting Poison Ivy on the big screen, however Corneliussen’s fans are already getting behind idea, going so far as to make fan art makeup of what she could look like in makeup and costume.
