Fox has released a new video highlighting the rise and fall of Jim Gordon. When the series began, Gordon was the “last good man” in Gotham, trying to rid the city of crime and corruption by the book, but he quickly learned that the city would eat him alive if he continued to be such a boy scout, so he began bending the rules, breaking his own moral code, and forming alliances with some unsavory charactersโ€”hoping the end will justify the means.

In Season 3, Gordon is no longer a member of the GCPD; he’s now a bounty hunter who is motivated by money to track down the Indian Hill escapees and is willing to do whatever else to pay the bills.

Crime in Gotham is at an all-time high, as Penguin struggles to uphold his promises to the city. Meanwhile, Butch goes down a dark path with the infamous Red Hood Gang and Bruce begins to investigate Ivy’s whereabouts.

The main cast features Ben McKenzie as Detective James Gordon, Donal Logue as Harvey Bullock, David Mazouz as Bruce Wayne, Morena Baccarin as Leslie Thompkins, Sean Pertwee as Alfred, Robin Lord Taylor as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin, Erin Richards as Barbara Kean, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle/the future Catwoman, Cory Michael Smith as Edward Nygma/the future Riddler, Jessica Lucas as Tabitha Galavan, Chris Chalk as Lucius Fox, Drew Powell as Butch Gilzean, Maggie Geha as the future Poison Ivy, Michael Chiklis as Detective Nathaniel Barnes.

The guest cast includes Jamie Chung as Valerie Vale, Michael Stoyanov as Red Hood Leader, and James Andrew O’Connor as Tommy Bones.

Gotham is based upon DC characters and is produced by Warner Bros. Television. Bruno Heller (The Mentalist, Rome), Danny Cannon (the CSI franchise, Nikita), John Stephens (Gossip Girl) and Ken Woodruff (The Mentalist) serve as executive producers on the series.

The all-new “Mad City: Anything for You” episode of Gotham will air Monday, October 17 at 8:00-9:01 PM ET/PT on FOX.
