“Episode 205 is called ‘Crossfire,’ and it’s really Supergirl‘s take on what happens when guns get into the hands of bad people,” Adler explains. “The doctor (played by Brenda Strong) from Cadmus is supplying guns that have alien technology to a renegade street gang who is performing all kinds of terrible robberies, and Supergirl must stop them.
“James is feeling powerless when he’s a victime of some violence during one of these jewelry heists, and he decides it’s time for him to become a superhero of his own,” she continues. “James is not an alien, and he’s not a superhero, and he only has mortal skills. But, like maybe another caped avenger we know, James will not take no for an answer.”

SUPERGIRL TAKES ON A RUTHLESS NEW GANG โ Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) must beat a ruthless new gang who has been armed with dangerous new alien technology. When Cadmus sends a video to the DEO, the team realizes Cadmus is the one staffing the criminals for a secret mission.
Meanwhile, Kara (Melissa Benoist) gets Mon-El (Chris Wood) a job as an intern at CatCo, James makes an important decision and Lena (Katie McGrath) invites Kara to attend one of her fundraisers.
