Wonder Woman continues to scale the box office. The latest DC Films release has officially passed the $800 million mark worldwide.

Wonder Woman‘s domestic box office total stands at $404 million. Internationally, the film has grossed $396 million. That’s enough to push Wonder Woman just over the $800 million mark worldwide.

Domestically, Wonder Woman is the highest-grossing film in the DC Extended Universe franchise. Worldwide, it is the second-highest grossing film in the series, still trailing behind Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. A sequel is already in the works.

Wonder Woman is one of fewer than 30 films to $400 million domestically and is currently the fifth highest-grossing film of 2017.

Wonder Woman the highest-grossing film ever directed by a woman, as well as the biggest domestic opening for a film directed by a woman. The movie also stands as the highest-grossing superhero origin film domestically and the largest box office opening for a comic book movie with a female lead.

In Wonder Woman, before she was Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, Diana meets an American pilot (Chris Pine) who tells her about the massive conflict that’s raging in the outside world. Convinced that she can stop the threat, Diana leaves her home for the first time. Fighting alongside men in a war to end all wars, she finally discovers her full powers and true destiny.

Wonder Woman is directed by Patty Jenkins, with a screenplay by Allan Heinberg, from a story by Heinberg, Zack Snyder, and Jason Fuchs, and stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Connie Nielsen and Elena Anaya.

Wonder Woman is still playing in theaters.
