League of Legends Previews Mecha Rengar and Blitzcrank’s New Skins

Rengar is joining the Mecha team with a new skin coming for the jungler along with two new closely-connected skins for Blitzcrank.

Not counting his Headhunter chromas, it’s been a couple of years since Rengar received a skin. The last cosmetic for the champion was released in 2015, the SSW Rengar Legacy skin. His new Mecha skin makes him the fifth champion to receive the Pacific Rim-inspired skins as he joins the ranks of Sion, Malphite, Aatrox, Rengar, and his adversary Kha’Zix.

Below is a preview that’s been provided for Mecha Rengar via the League of Legends Twitter account that shows the mechanized hunter in action.

Lancer Paragon and Lancer Rogue Blitzcrank

Blitzcrank’s new skins were revealed recently in a League post that detailed the process behind the creation of the skins, but we now have our first look at them in action with their opposing themes.

The project began as just one skin being worked on, but it soon split into two different cosmetics. Lancer Paragon and Lancer Rogue carry a distinct good and evil vibe with their shiny and dark appearances, and their hooks – the core part of any Blitzcrank skin – look phenomenal.

The three skins should enter the PBE soon for their testing and will likely be released during patch 7.22.
