With the addition of the new Gunrunning update last month, the team behind Grand Theft Auto Online has been able to capitalize on that with a number of new additions to keep fans happy. And this week, it’s continuing to do so, with a new vehicle entering the fold, along with a handful of new discounts.

First up, the new vehicle that you’ll be able to check out is the Insurgent Pick-Up Custom, a well-armored vehicle that can take a pounding while, at the same time, letting you dish out damage with a mounted turret up top. It works a bit differently from the HVY Insurgent Pick-Up, but is just as useful when it comes to delivering all sorts of destruction. You can get it via upgrade in the Mobile Operations Center’s Weapon & Vehicle Workshop now.

That’s not all, as you’ll also be able to take advantage of the following deals, as noted by the company:

  • The role of the Juggernaut remains a profitable position as Power Mad continues to dole out Double GTA$ & RP, extended through August 7th.
  • Also giving out Double rewards is fan-favorite mode Deadline, so hop on a Shotaro and obliterate your enemies to earn some extra cash and rep.
  • Plus kicking off today, rally the troops and head over to your MOC’s Command Center or Personal Quarters to launch any Mobile Operation Mission, and get Double GTA$ & RP through August 7th.

The following Bunker discounts are also available:

  • Farmhouse Bunkerโ€“ 30% off
  • Smoke Tree Road Bunker โ€“ 25% off
  • Grapeseed Bunkerโ€“ 10% off

Last but certainly not least, there are two new events that are live now and running through August 7th, including a new Premium Race โ€“ Target (which uses the Ruiner 2000), and a new Time Trial, titled Up n’ Atom. You can access these events and clean up on bonus GTA$ and RP with each one you partake in, so don’t hesitate to jump in and join in the fun!

While there’s not an abundant amount of content, there’s more than enough here to keep fans happy, until we see what next week’s update has to offer!

Grand Theft Auto Online is available now as part of Grand Theft Auto V, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. There are versions available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 as well.
