Now that we know a remake of the classic SNES game Secret of Mana is officially on its way, it’s time to get a little bit more excited with a bunch of new screenshots released to show off the upcoming title’s improved UI and some of the other adjustments seen in-game.

Comparing the remake to its original predecessor, the UI seen in the below screenshots are more simplified. This cleaner look gives the overall appearance of gameplay a less cluttered look while letting the player enjoy more of the overhauled graphics. Those very same graphics are boasted to be completely revamped in a vivid 3D style.

Theย gameplayย has also been upgraded to modernize theย RPGย mechanics from start to finish,ย giving new life to characters such asย Randi,ย Primm,ย Popoi, and more. Did we mention that these characters will all be full voiced as well? Because that inclusion into the Secret ofย Manaย remake makes the highly treasuredย SNESย title that much moreย immersiveย for both new and veteran fans.ย
The addition ofย multiplayer, a complete reworking of the game’sย soundtrack, and moreย tweaks to the game style are just a few of the changes players can look forward to.ย
