Today, February 27th, 2020 marks the 24th anniversary of the release of Pokemon Red and Pokemon Green in Japan. These two games set the Pokemon franchise on the path to becoming the international phenomenon that it is today. The festivities will include Pokemon-related announcements throughout the day, and you can keep up with it all right here. However, if you’re looking for deals on Pokemon toys, fashions, games, and more in the U.S., this is where you’ll find them. Note that the list below will updated throughout the day as new sales and products are discovered.

We’ll start with Hot Topic and its sister site Box Lunch, who are both running 30% off sales on select Pokemon merch. Their collections include Pokemon toys, fashions, plush, and accessories. There are even deals on some of the latest Pokemon Funko Pops – Pichu, Vulpix, Mewtwo, and Mr. Mime. Keep in mind that Hot Topic and Box Lunch offer free shipping on orders over $60 and $75 respectively. You can shop the Hot Topic sale here and the Box Lunch sale here.

Speaking of Pokemon Funko Pops, Walmart has most of the figures that were released this past weekend at NY Toy Fair priced on sale at $8.78 with free shipping. You can find them via the links below.

Next up we have GameStop, who are running their own sale on Pokemon merch. Their sale is loaded with exclusive items – especially plush – so take advantage of the deal right here while it lasts. Shipping should be free on orders over $35.

Naturally, Pokemon Center is getting in on the celebrations by offering free shipping on all orders. They may or may not have some new product lined up for Pokemon Day, so stay tuned.

Merchoid doesn’t have any big Pokemon Day sales going, but they did release an official lineup of adorable Pokemon t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and sleep masks that are perfect for napping. Pre-orders are available here – prices include all taxes and shipping.

Viz Media launched pre-orders of the Pokemon Adventures Collector’s Edition, Vol. 1, which collects the original Pokemon Adventures volumes 1, 2 and 3. You can grab it here on Amazon with shipping slated for April.

PowerA’s enhanced wireless controllers for the Nintendo Switch are solid alternatives to the Pro Controller at a cheaper price, but it’s the designs that really set them apart. They’ve released some stunning controllers based on properties like The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros., and Spyro in the past, but several of their Pokemon controllers are on sale for Pokemon Day. You can shop them all right here on Amazon. The biggest discounts are currently on the controller designs pictured above.
