Studio Ghibli Kiki's Delivery Service and Nausicaa SteelBook Blu-rays Are up for Pre-Order

Back in February, Studio Ghibli, GKIDS and Shout Factory released limited edition SteelBook Blu-rays for director Hayao Miyazaki's classic animated films Ponyo and Howl's Moving Castle. Today, those films are joined by Kiki's Delivery Service and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind.

Note that you won't be charged until the Blu-rays ship and you'll automatically get any discounts that occur between the that you order and the release date. For example, Ponyo and Howl's Moving Castle are both $19.99 (26% off) on Amazon at the moment and are slated for release tomorrow, May 12th. Odds are a similar discount will occur for the new films, and if that happens you'll be covered.

Given the release schedule for the two rounds of Studio Ghibli SteelBook Blu-rays in this series, we would expect to see a third round happen just before the ship date for Kiki's Delivery Service and Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind on August 25th. Stay tuned.
