After showing a large part of the pilot episode at last year’s convention, Legion will be returning to SDCC to help promote its second season, which is slated to debut in the early part of 2018.Created by Noah Hawley, the critically acclaimed is set to film the ten-episode second season in California after the state granted the show tax credits.
Expected to join Hawley at the panel being held in Ballroom 20 is the head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb and actor Dan Stevens (Beauty & The Beast), the man behind David Haller, the main character of the show.
Outside of the comic book culture, FX is expected to bring representatives from both The Strain and Archer.Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan’s horror series The Strain will be making its last appearance at SDCC as the show’s fourth season will be its last.
While nothing has been confirmed, it’s been hinted that Archer very could wrap up with the show’s ninth season. If any of the panels from the past are any indication, fans could see voice actors like H. Jon Benjamin, Aisha Tyler, Jessica Walter, Chris Parnell, Judy Greer, Amber Nash, and Lucky Yates to appear for the Archer segment.
As with any convention, the guest lists are entirely set in stone, so any of the aforementioned cast and crew members could be left off the panel.
