It’s safe to say that Spider-Man is one of the hottest topics in the world of Marvel right now. After making his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in last year’s Captain America: Civil War, the web-slinger’s first in-universe solo film, Spider-Man: Homecoming, will debut on July 7th.

With the character (played by Tom Holland) becoming a fan favorite, some are already wondering how significantly he factors into next year’s MCU epic Avengers: Infinity War. Well, it appears we have an answer, thanks to Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige.
During a recent interview with Fandango, Feige revealed that the character’s screentime will be very similar to what audiences saw in Civil War.
“I think it might feel bigger a little bit because of Homecoming and because of what people know from it,” Feige revealed, “but it’s about on par with [Civil War].”
With Homecoming introducing a whole slew of supporting characters into the MCU, is there a chance that any of them could reappear in Infinity War? Feige, as well as Sony exec Amy Pascal, chose to be vague.
“There’s a pretty big crew already in those movies,” Feige explained, “but you might keep an eye out.” Pascal joined in, saying “Yeah, you never know.”
We’ll find out when Avengers: Infinity War premieres May 4, 2018.
