"I Will Call Him Adam"
The Sovereign were embarrassed by the battles they lost in the movie, and Ayesha doesn't want to let that happen again. So, she's decided to create something that no one can defeat.
After she says that line, a large cocoon-like structure is seen in front of her.
Yes, this will be Adam Warlock. She is using the power and technology of the Sovereign to build a warrior that is more powerful than anyone has ever seen.

If you've read many Marvel comics, you're probably aware of Adam Warlock. If you're not, well you're in for a treat.
Originally, Warlock was created by scientists, in their attempt to build a perfect man. He ends up rebelling against his creators and flying into space, which is where he has remained for most of his time in the comics.
The character has all kinds of powers, including superhuman strength, enhanced stamina, the ability to see various parts of our universe, and a recuperation power that allows him to grow himself back in a cocoon.
Warlock often travelled with the Guardians of the Galaxy, and he was vital to taking down Thanos in the Infinity Gauntlet storyline.
While Adam is normally perceived as a hero in the books, it looks like he will begin his time in the MCU as a villain.

Many will assume that Warlock will possess the Soul Stone, the last Infinity Stone to be revealed, but this is not the case. The Stones will need to be collected before Avengers: Infinity War takes place. With Guardians Vol. 3 slated to come out after that movie, and the idea that Heimdall will have the Soul Stone in Thor: Ragnarok, it seems as though Warlock will serve a different purpose.
Ayesha is creating the character to take out the Guardians, but the comics state that he will become one of them. This conundrum is likely a new version of Adam's origin story. Ayesha will create him to be the perfect being, and he will eventually rebel against her.
Warlock could potentially become the cosmic version of The Vision. We know that James Gunn and Kevin Feige are working hard to built an entire cosmic universe, and they will need a knowledgeable character that is powerful enough to possess something like an infinity stone.
Adam Warlock is that being, and he could become a centerpiece in the MCU once the Infinity War has been completed.
